Online purchases may be returned or exchanged subject to submission of the original receipt, and that the merchandise is in its original packaging and condition.
In line with the CPA a handling fee of up to 15% of the value of the product may be charged when the product/packaging is not returned in its original purchase condition

In the case of repairs undertaken by Indratech, repair times given are merely estimates and are not binding on Indratech; time is not of the essence of this agreement unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Indratech. Indratech shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which the Customer may suffer as a result of any unforeseen costs and/or delayed repairs.

A full fault description must be completed to enable technical department to test and verify fault.

All defective merchandise returned to Indratech must be returned with all cables, power supplies, documentation etc.

Indratech is not responsible for the cost of returning any products to Indratech offices. For your protection, please insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Indratech is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Indratech reserves the right either to refuse the return, or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.

Acceptance of Products: Indratech shall conduct incoming acceptance inspection as soon as possible on receipt of products.

 Please note: The shipping cost to and from Indra Tech will be for the buyers cost. And no returns will be accepted for In-ear phones/Headphones due to hygienic reasons.
